About this Event
A hands-on program where students will learn the fundamentals of micro: controllers and coding using the mighty micro controller – Micro: Bit. The program will start with the introduction of Micro: Bit hardware including its programmable LEDs, sensors, and ports. Students will also learn how to code these hardware components and extend their learning to connect electrical circuits and an external Christmas Tree with multi-color LEDs.
The workshops occur daily on 21, 22 and 23 December, from 9:30am to 11:30am.
The sessions will be facilitated by our instructors and will be conducted using Zoom Conferencing. Registered participants will be provided with the conference link to join us online. Students will be required to have headsets; students will be required to share their screen from time to time for our instructors to assist the students but students’ video conferencing will not be used at any time for security/privacy reasons.
We will post/courier the Micro: Bit kit to you. The last day to register is Tuesday, 15 Dec.
